They announced the winners of the Tapas contest this past Monday!! I did not win as I already suspected ofc π But the stories I was rooting for got iiin, I'm so happy for them! π
Go check them out, cause really, they're worth it:
https://www.creators.tapas.io/globalcomicawards2024
I won't talk about the first one cause I haven't read it yet XD, but I was REALLY excited about the second, the third one and a few of the excellence award winners!
I'll share the links of my favs with you in case you're curious and want some nice reads!
-The Last Train Standing - Super fun and random!
-The Expired ticket - Extremely cool and with a lot of personality! You can see how much love and care went into it. I need to learn this glorious use of the scroll format. I was literally so stunned by the transitions and composition.
-Ad Infinitum - The narrative is chef's kiss and the beautiful simplicity of it makes it even better.
----------------------------------------------------------------
ANYWAY I hope you enjoy them, AND...
THIS ALSO MEANS I'LL BE ABLE TO POST THE STORY ANYWHERE SO YEAH! π
Something might drop once things chill over here.
Here, have a random sketch for your beautiful eyes as a thank you for making it this far:
Thank you everyone for sticking around and participating, you're amazing (also a huge welcome to all the new faceeeees!! HIIII thank you so much for being hereeeee! πβ¨β€οΈ)

I'm so exited!! Also sorry I'm late
Iβm cracking up so hard at this little snack. Gotta love nipple teasing π Glad to hear you might continue your entry! I trust youβve got your workload organized, but always take some time to relax. I feel obligated to remind you as part of your support system lol. Wish you a lovely evening!!
I love this picture so much ΰ²₯β βΏβ ΰ²₯ don't die because of the workload. I'll try to avoid that from happening from my far away land and remind you to take break from time to time but know that you're doing absolutely amazing and you got this!!!!
Silly potatos :D
Ah, I just read the expired ticket because I saw it was Wufargia and I just can't stop reading Shelter. I'll have to check out some of the others now, too! Are you going to be continuing Soy Sauce alongside and/or after Cherry Waves? It was an interesting concept, so I'm pretty curious where it could go.
Ohhh would you recommend Shelter then? I skimmed a bit so see the art cause I thought it was gorgeous but I kept forgetting to read! Forever in my "someday" list π€£ And yes, I will definitely work on Soy Sauce someday, it's a story where I think I can literally go nuts and it would work perfectly π The brain needs it! Thank you so much for asking, it really makes my day to see interest in it!! β€οΈ
