Is it completed?
No. Progress continues though.
Have this game downloaded on my pc but haven't played it yet. The premise interested me when I read about it on itch.io. its still in development but it hasn't had an update in months. Been checking back every couple weeks as I like to have my games updated. It looks good though but again I haven't played it yet.
