I just wanna point out that dwarves in real life DON'T have heads bigger than their shoulders and huge eyes. I know you can say it's an artstyle thing but imo if the artstyle of a show that already sexualizes minors makes a small adult have the proportions of a little girl, it's still weird. It's ok to admit that there are weird parts of something you like, you can still like the good aspects without being a bad person
