[GiBC] GibC...ontinue?
After announcing GIBC was approaching its last chapter, my email/PM got literally flooded with messages asking to keep it alive.
Now I'm an heartless bastard who wouldn't normally care, but "Vox Populi Vox Dei", as my ancestors used to say.
Also, a girl claiming that she has achieved 3rd place in THIS POLL sent me a message saying she would've either set me or the game "on fire" depending on my decision.
You'll understand I had no option but to comply, even considering I'm metaphorically "hot" enough already, so:
GIBC it's still on.

I see the desire to keep a good thing going, but dragging something out forever isn’t always the best choice. If the game has a natural conclusion, maybe consider letting the main game finish and set up a sequel? Having a completed game under your belt will reassure new patrons that you can complete a project. Some Patreon games (naming no names) have ended up constantly adding new content and never get round to finishing the plot, and just lose momentum. Just offering a different POV.
I totally see your point and I agree, despite this not being the case. Simply put, existing patrons rightfully pointed out that if we ended the game now, then there might have been a few loose ends to tie and I agreed. It'll take just one extra update or two, at worst. And considering how fast updates get delivered on Planet TheWorst, well...This alone should "reassure new patrons" well enough already.
