A little newsflash
...and more :P
Let's start with the things that I'm working on rn:
Endings...
Yeah, a lot of endings. Currently I'm working on an additional (conditional) scene for Katherine that only triggers if certain conditions are met.
It's part of her romance, but also part of the main ending (in a way...) that can be ignored.
I think I mentioned in a previous post that the main ending is done. Kat's scene is in an addition to that, but also part of her own arc.
I still haven't done all the endings for each single character, and even though none of them is really that long, some are still quite complex. There are many conditions, triggered by choices you can make throughout the story that can influence things, even if it's just wording in a dialogue, it has to be considered.
The additional scene with Rachel that I mentioned in an earlier post is coming along quite well. I'm working on it alongside the endings, to speed things up a bit.
Here's a little "preview" (any guesses what might happen?):
Other than that I'm also reworking some older scenes, specifically really old/bad ones. This is one of the earliest scenes in the cafe where we meet Rachel (and Hanna):
This whole scene used to consist of 3 (8 extended) render which made it feel pretty awkward. Now it's 25 renders and with improved characters, items, textures, more realistic lighting and it just looks and feels a lot better in game.
On the coding side I've rewritten parts of the gallery (yet again). Firstly to simplify and improve the code, but also to add functionality and QoL features. For example, it wasn't possible to display images other than 1920x1080 pixel before, I had to manually edit the image to match that resolution. Now it's possible without any editing, which means you'll see the actual unedited renders, for example real 4k renders in the special gallery, which makes a real different when looking at them. I've also added a little zoom when you hover over the images to make it feel more reactive/less static. Images not seen in-game will show a "Not found yet" in the gallery when hovering over them.
I'm also working on making the game playable after the main story ends.
For that, there will be repeatable scenes with all existing girls, certain events that can happen randomly and/or at specific dates and, for now, there are 4 new girls that will be available to "meet" and learn more about, once the story is finished. All of them will be introduced before and/or during the main ending (of which 3 most of you already met in game).
I won't spoil any more of that for now though, let's keep some "tension" until we're actually there ;D
Lastly, my wife finished the translation to (Brazilian) Portuguese and is currently testing everything in-game. Once everything is checked and fixed I'll release this translation on my discord and it will be included in future updates.
As for the actual release date, I sadly have no clue yet, there's just way more left to do than I expected (the story of my life) but by now I'm pretty sure it will be a split release > finish the main story, add some more content, release that, fix whatever pops up and finish the rest > full release (v1.0).

How long did it take you to get into scripting and creating worlds and landscaping???

Depends on the game and the type of mod. I was never big in scripting, I prefer creating worlds and landscapes.
So basically modding and can you still mod it tho???

Good question, I used to mod Games like Oblivion and Skyrim and was pretty good at it, so I wanted to go a step further. Male and Female because it was something I had never seen in a VN before at the time and in this format.

Do me a favor and stop posting the same posts over and over again. If it's because I'm not answering immediately, remember that I'm not at my the computer 24/7. I get notifications on my phone for every post, but I have a real job as well and I have a family to take care of and people still want an update, so even if I'm at the computer I have things to do and can't always answer immediately. Just be patient. To answer your question: You can get endings for/with every character, though the main girls and the "side" girls are separate. You can get some endings of some side girls even when getting an ending with the main girls, but not all.

I'd say it's connecting everything. There are many choices you can make in the game and many of them can influence parts of the ending/s.

I've made a post or two about it quite some time back, but here's the basic gist of it:
Hmmm.. That might work out as a linking of the games.. BM and BGM for anachronisms... One the same as the original except for the spelled out first word and the other making a clear seperation of the storyline with "Good" in the middle?? Just slobber balling the idea out there... (Play on spit balling) LOL.
I have a game idea for the future using the characters from BM... Base it on a new life after overcoming something of a horrific incident in the past (for the main characters) and the realization they could move on now. Call it "Building Memories" or "Building Good Memories" and expand on the MC's experiences with the women in his/her life and meeting new and exciting characters along the new path. Then toss in a few oddities to ramp up the "Adventure and Memories"? You have the creative juices to come up with the best approach for this idea and I am most sure and confident of that!
That's kind of what I'm planning for after the main story ends, just on a smaller scale and within BM, since I want to move away from rendering if possible, at least for my main projects, because that's what's killing most of the development time. I rather play with a realtime engine in the future.
Sounds like your plans are to complete Season 1 of BM now before taking a break to kick around with S**t Happens?? Mind you I do like playing both games but SH has been dormant for a tick now.. Don't get me wrong. BM is my favorite among your games. I like the updates and quality of content in them. Just don't forget SH for those of us who are following it as well.

Oh. YEah... That door scene has always thrown me. Almost looks like the shop is facing down the street not from the side of the street. Just seemed too close to being in the street.. As in "Drive Through Coffee Shop" in the making. The new image is much better. Hanna looks a lot nicer with both the improvements and the lighting. The other scenes are just and big in improvements for quick shots as the Rachael door scene. Round circles are so much more natural than clipped and bent circles.. Great work all around!

If we're done with the past, it's time to focus on the future! But the author doesn't need to torture themselves or force themselves to work. However, if inspiration returns, many interesting stories can be created with these characters.

I sincerely hope this is the end of just the first season, and not the entire project. Otherwise, it would be incredibly disappointing to have the characters' adventures essentially end at the beginning! But whatever the author does, I'm very grateful for the work done! And yet, I hope the creator doesn't kill his creation!
The story was always about dealing with the past, which all the main chars did at this point (or will in the next update). Of course I could drag on and push more and more content, but it wouldn't be the story I want to tell anymore. But like I said, there will be some more content after the story, and who knows what the future brings after that.
Even though I prefer Rachel's boobs, i enjoyed the game thus far. Looking forward to getting more content. Aside from her naughtiness and willingness to share, jada didn't do much for me. Catherine was hotter, but you can't beat a bit of the old incest kink for Ellie /Rachel. I think the porn ladies were the best though. Again, I do love a nice chest.

Good question and hard to answer honestly, but I think I'll go with Jada, since she's a highly flawed, but complex character. I always have to think twice when it comes to her (does this fit her character, would she really react like that, what is the reason for her doing things, etc...).
