🔧 Mod Your Princess v1.7 is out❗ - SCENARIOS PLUS 🎇

Look past the wall of text; there are some fun toggles and sliders there~

Had to add a scroll bar to the World Toggles, as things are getting CROWDED. Anyway, as promised, I'm building the new Scenarios and the modding client in a way you can do the same things plus some! There are also some bits here I haven't used yet, but will in future.

Big fan of the "Fantasy Level" slider, that lets you influence the armor/state effectiveness on physical and magical attributes, so you can make it more "medieval low-fantasy" with big swords and shields, or "look at me I'm shooting meteors" if you want magical attributes to play a more prominent role in the Kingdom~

v1.7 Changelog

v1.06-180826 required

New scenario knobs in Compose Your Own:

* Wild Dangers (0.25x to 5x): scales every enemy met OUTSIDE field and siege battles.
* Race +: bias the daily random NPC roll toward one race.
* Value UP: double the buy AND sell price of one item category. Weapons, Armors, Materials, or Consumables.
* Fantasy Level: rebalance what EQUIPMENT and STATES contribute, without touching base stats.
* No Fantasy - magic gains cut 75%
* Low Fantasy - magic gains -25%, physical +25%
* High Fantasy - magic gains +25%, physical -25%
* Magic Kingdom - magic gains +75%

  • Random Ally, per Reign: flip it ON and that Reign starts allied to one randomly drawn neighbour at +10 Diplomacy, rerolled at every New Game.

  • Yandere Kingdom now also blocks hostage-taking (and with it, selling Princesses to the Goblins) and Dragon Princess I incursions.

Other additions:

  • Gazer Princess is moddable!

Polish and fixes:

  • World Toggles are now mutually exclusive - one world-wide modifier per scenario, picked from a list instead of stacked checkboxes.

  • Compose Your Own's action bar (Reset / Reset All / Save as Scenario / Bundle into Pack) is pinned to the bottom of the window and stays visible at every window size.

  • Toggle and slider descriptions reflow to the panel width instead of wrapping at a fixed size, so they stop getting clipped.

I still have no idea how we're supposed to even use this.
