Angel from Lilo and Stitch

She-Venom symbiote?

Xenomorph Queen needs a host for her eggs.

If we are going with an alien theme then I would say the a female swarmlord or norn queen from the tyranids in 40k. Even possiblely any of the elder factionz from it aswell. Idea sence the tyranids from 40k can use biomass to make anything biological they want you can use that to make your own tyranid that you can use for your comics.

Any alien (especially Galvanic Mechamorph, the species of the alien, "Upgrade") from Ben 10 sounds so good!

Tali Zorah from Mass Effect

Gotta suggest the stalker from helldivers 2

A Chimera Hybrid from the Resistance franchise

Matriarch Benezia from Mass Effect

kineceleran from Ben 10 or a Female Sangheili
