I started a modded Minecraft server! We’re playing Society: Sunlit Valley, which takes a lot of inspiration from Stardew Valley, Slime Rancher, Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon. I wanted somewhere we could build cute houses, run little farms, and hang out together. 💛
There’s a lot to do in this pack:
🌱 Farming: Grow seasonal crops, use fertilizer, and work toward better-quality produce.
🐮 Animal care: Raise farm animals and build their affection by looking after them.
🧀 Artisan goods: Make cheese, wine, beer, and other products to sell. Some goods can be aged to increase their value.
🎣 Fishing and fish ponds: Catch fish or raise them in ponds that produce roe and other useful items.
💰 Farm progression: Sell what you produce and spend your earnings on upgrades, items, and better tools.
🏡 Building and decorating: Make yourself a cottage, a big farmhouse, a shop, or whatever else you feel like building. And functional cafes!!
🦋 Collecting: Catch butterflies and collect different varieties of slimes for your own slime ranch.
⛏️ Exploring: Venture into the Skull Cavern for ores and valuables when you feel like taking a break from the farm.
📖 Quests: Follow the quest book to learn how everything works and find things to work toward.
We’ll all be sharing the same world, so we can visit each other’s builds and work on community projects too!
How to join

Pack version: 4.1.5
Minecraft: Java Edition 1.20.1, using Forge
You’ll need Minecraft Java Edition on a computer. Console, mobile, and Bedrock Edition won’t work with this pack.
Open the CurseForge app and search for Society: Sunlit Valley.
Install pack version 4.1.5.
Launch the pack, then select Multiplayer → Add Server.
Enter CozyFarming.modded.fun as the server address and join!

Claim your home and farm
Please claim your land once you’ve picked a spot! The pack includes FTB Chunks, which lets you protect your builds.
Stand where you want to claim and type /ftbchunks claim.
Each claim covers a 16 × 16 block chunk.
Press F3 + G to see the chunk borders.
Walk into neighboring chunks and repeat the command until your whole home and farm are covered.
Only give team access to people you trust, and check your team’s interaction permissions.
If someone claims your build without permission, let me know—I can remove their claim.
Unclaimed builds are not free to take or destroy. The rules apply whether someone has claimed their land or not.
Useful commands
/sethome farm — Save your current location as a home called “farm.”
/home farm — Teleport back to it.
/tpa PlayerName — Request to teleport to someone.
/tpahere PlayerName — Invite someone to teleport to you.
The other player has to accept a teleport request. Home limits and cooldowns may apply.
Public warps are created and managed by admins.
Server rules
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or being nasty to people who are still learning.
No stealing or griefing. Leave other people’s chests, crops, animals, and builds alone unless they’ve given you permission.
Respect people’s space. Don’t claim someone else’s build, block paths, or surround their property with your claims. Ask before building right next to someone.
No unwanted PvP. Only fight if everyone involved agrees. No teleport traps or ambushes.
No cheating, X-ray, duping, or exploiting bugs. If you find a problem, report it privately.
Keep farms and machines reasonable. Huge animal populations, excessive dropped items, and some machines can cause lag. I may ask you to scale something back if it affects the server.
No chat spam or unsolicited advertising.
Come to me if there’s a problem. Send coordinates, screenshots, and the player’s name if you have them. Don’t retaliate. People who break the rules may be removed.
