A Statement Regarding Ongoing Harassment & Misinformation

I want to address this once, clearly and seriously, because what started as criticism of me and my work has crossed into sustained harassment, misinformation, and accusations that could materially damage my livelihood.

I understand that I am a public creator. People are allowed to dislike me. They are allowed to dislike my personality, criticize my work, disagree with my use of AI, decide not to download my content, or tell other people they do not recommend me. None of that is something I expect to control.

What is not reasonable is what I have been documenting for quite some time now.

People have publicly encouraged others to join Discord servers specifically to harass me and mass-report my Patreon. I have received messages telling me to die and telling me to harm myself. I've watched people casually joke about sending me death threats because they were "angry" at me. Anonymous messages containing the same type of abuse have been repeatedly sent to me.

There has also been an ongoing pattern of people inventing or exaggerating deeply personal events from my life for entertainment. I experienced a miscarriage years ago. Watching that loss get turned into jokes about me supposedly having "27 miscarriages," or used as evidence that I manufacture tragedies for attention, is disgusting. You do not have to like me to recognize that someone's pregnancy loss is not community gossip or a punchline.

Another recurring claim is that I "beg for money."

About a year ago, when I was making roughly $2,300 a month, I asked my community for voluntary donations during a situation involving my mother, my computer and other family situations that directly impacted me. I have never pretended otherwise. My financial situation has changed substantially since then. Today, I am fortunate enough to be in a position where I regularly give money away, support other creators, and help people close to me.

I also need to address one of the most serious accusations being circulated: that my Sims 4 mods contain malware or have stolen people's personal information.

That is false.

I have never intentionally placed malware, spyware, credential stealers, or any other malicious software in my mods. I would never do so. Aside from being completely against my values, distributing malware is an extraordinarily serious matter that could expose people to harm, expose me to legal consequences, and destroy the business and livelihood I have spent years building.

If someone believes a file I distribute contains malicious code, that is a claim that can be tested and substantiated. Provide the affected file, the detection, the relevant code, a reproducible analysis, or other actual technical evidence and I will take it extremely seriously.

What is not acceptable is publicly telling thousands of people that I steal users' information or infect their computers without providing evidence.

And finally: no, I am not secretly rebranding as OtterStudio.

That is a real person in my life who has started making Sims 4 mods. I openly promoted their account from my own platform. The idea that I would create a "secret" identity and then personally announce that identity to my existing audience should speak for itself.

If I ever chose to rebrand, I certainly would not need to construct an elaborate public introduction for a supposedly secret account.

At this point, the level of scrutiny surrounding everything I do has become absurd. I make content for The Sims 4. I am not an elected official. There does not need to be an investigation every time I fucking breathe.

Criticize me. Criticize my work. Don't support me. Block me. Recommend other creators. Those are all completely reasonable choices.

But death threats, encouraging organized harassment, knowingly spreading serious accusations as fact, making jokes about my miscarriages and my family, and repeatedly inventing stories about my personal life are not criticism.

I have kept screenshots and records of this behavior, and I will continue documenting and reporting threats, targeted harassment, impersonation, and demonstrably false allegations through the appropriate platforms when necessary.

I don't expect everyone on the internet to like me.

I do expect people to remember that there is a difference between disliking a creator and deciding that disliking them gives you permission to say absolutely anything about them.

(Please do not attack or harass anyone shown in these images. That is the exact opposite of the message behind this post.)
