Cherry Cache v0.4 — Recycle Bin + Auto Sort Imported Mods
Another packed update, free for everyone who already owns it 💕 This one's all about removing the tedious parts of modding (and making sure you can never lose anything by accident).
🗑️ NEW: Recycle Bin Delete a mod and it doesn't vanish; it goes to a recoverable Recycle Bin. Open it any time to see your Recently Deleted items grouped by day (Today, Yesterday…), with each one's folder, size, and exact time. Changed your mind? Restore puts it back exactly where it was. Nothing is ever deleted without a way back.
📦 NEW: Auto-extract zips on import Downloaded CC as a .zip? Just drag it straight onto Cherry Cache (or use Import). It pulls the .package/script files out for you and drops them in your Mods folder, no more manually unzipping every single download. It even catches un-extracted zips already sitting in your Mods folder (a super common reason CC "doesn't show up") and offers to fix them in one click.
🪄 NEW: Smart import sorting Turn it on and Cherry Cache drops imported CC into the right folder automatically. A lipstick into your Makeup folder, a hairclip into Accessories, matching the folders you already have. Set it to "Ask" if you'd rather approve each time.
🖱️ NEW: Right-click menu Right-click any mod for quick actions: Enable/Disable, Favorite, Move to folder, Copy filename, Search the web for it (find updates fast), Open in Sims 4 Studio, and Delete.
