WIP Battle system overview

As you might’ve guessed, the upcoming update will feature a battle scene with the feral male. It’s a simple turn-based system with some fun mechanics:

First, you choose where to strike - head or cock :D

Then, pick your weapon:

• Fist - low damage, but always available.

• Sword - heavy damage, but may break.

• Pepper powder - stuns the enemy, making him skip a turn.

Your opponent will also defend one of the two zones (head or cock), potentially blocking or reducing your damage.

Then it’s his turn to attack, and you must choose what to protect. You can use shield - protects both zones, but can also break.

The fight continues until someone runs out of HP.

All items used in combat come from your inventory - you’ll have a chance to find them during the quest. If you miss or lose them, you’ll fight with whatever’s left. Also, once an item breaks during battle, it’s gone for good. So you might want to save it for later.

Even if you lose, the game doesn’t end - the story will branch in a different direction. You won’t need to reload unless you want to. And yes - you’ll also have the option to avoid the fight entirely, which will lead to a different outcome as well.
