Demo of the new MPFB2 skin shader

There is now a standalone blend file with a demo of what is intended to become the new default skin shader for MPFB. It is available for download from http://www.makehumancommunity.org/content/skin_v2_demo_20230309.html

Note that since the demo file is intended to demonstrate finer skin details, it should be considered NSFW.
