Mod: Purchase Lottery Ticket via Register

Updates:

  • 2024 March 22nd - Group IDs fixed so that the interaction works again and requires it's original requirements (Seasons and Get to Work).

  • 2022 August 12th - Name has changed, delete instead of replacing!

Original Description (Slightly Edited): Hey Patrons!

I was playing my new legacy and The Lottery popped up and I really wanted her to have to travel to the store to purchase a ticket. So I made it possible.

Now on Lottery day sims can purchase a lottery ticket via the register. I think it adds just a little bit more realism.

Requires Seasons and Get to Work!

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the .package file attached below.

2. Install the XML Injector located HERE (the download button will give you a zip file, unzip it, and only put the .ts4script in your mods folder, you do NOT need the .package file).

Note: This is required for the new interactions to show up.

3. Place the .package file and the XML Injector .ts4script file here: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Or only one sub-folder deep.

4. Delete your localthumbcache.
