[Pause] Billing would be Paused to July 24
Hello Caro here,
I'm sorry but I've done almost no work in the past 20 days, so I gonna pause this month's billing.
To be precise, I just lost interest in creation and painting anything suddenly, as I don't think I can continue to force myself to work in this state of mind, I decided to stop charging for a month.
As for the content for recent major updates, just like the result of the previous vote, it will be a new dungeon exploration with Einar.... It is a vertical dungeon with a total of four floors... So the complexity is more troublesome than before, and it will take more time to design and polish.
So I may need to continue updating a few minor versions to delay and appease you, in order to squeeze out enough production time for this dungeon.
By the way, I've been thinking about making a new short game to break the monotony... After all, ToS has been around for almost six years. However, this might take time away from updating ToS, so I'm not sure if it's a good idea.

Sounds like you really need a breather. Give yourself some slack, take a break, toy with a new project, or just veg out for a little while, play some video games, read some fun books or rot your brain with a little TV. Taking care of yourself is more important 😁👍. Besides, if TOS is causing you more grief then joy, walking away for a while might be good for your mind 😁 Best wishes for ya bro, be well and take care of yourself dude!!!
It's okay to take a break altogether and if you still wanna do a different and smaller project, then that'll be good too.As you said, it's been six long years. Maybe a fresh start on something new will help!

One hundred percent behind trying a side project for a while, seems you're in a funk and you don't push through them without some damage. Find something else to work on small scale, maybe something centered around a holiday like Halloween and focus on that and try out some ideas that don't work in your current game, maybe see how they could improve it.
Maybe its good to Go for another projecto do a while, maybe itll refresh your mind and give space for New ideas; 6 years on the same project is a Lot of time, and that time out of It Will make good for you

Having burnout on a project this long is understandable branching into a short side project is a great option to break Free from the monotony. It's like a DM needing to have a fresh one shot session in between a long crafted session with expansive lore that you have to remember when doing any sort of actions and trying to remember each and every detail.

Don't say that! Your ramblings are not useless. Everyone has their ups and downs, so take time for yourself as long as you need to. I do enjoy playing your ToS vn and I hope you find the drive to continue one day, so don't force yourself to do it. 💖
