Huge City of Arches Update!

The City of Arches PDF has a new update! I've done a full top-to-bottom pass, cleaning up a ton of stuff that has gotten out of sync over the past couple of years. Every biome now has a solid 1d20 random encounter table associated to it. Lots of continuity stuff has been fixed. I added more guidance – including using the City of Arches with other systems. The lich stat block has been updated and I've included a new Nameless King stat block. He's nasty!

Enjoy this awesome new update and thank you for your support!

Love the old school black and white art, where are you getting that from?

Someone organized a Meetup at Games & Comics Pair O' Dice in Fairfax to play a City of Arches campaign!

I am very appreciative of the hard work you have put into this. I have run two campaigns from this and they are still going strong. Is this the final version? Would be sad to see but if so then I can get it printed out.

This one is likely the final version until the more polished fully published version which is probably a year out? That’ll be Kickstarted later this year.

Love this. Using it as a buried city that is captured whole and opens the current world into a prior time when things might be corrected in the temporal state. A+

Sweet! Do you want deep feedback? is this the version that’s going to your editor?

S
Sly Flourish · January 29, 2024

This one indeed just went out to my editor.

Cool! I noticed that the update date says 2023, not 2024.
