Build 09.01.26 (v0.10.7) Release Notes

Dear players,

HTopia 0.10.7 is here! This update introduces equipment durability and repairs, along with a new way to earn server rewards while enjoying everyday activities across HTopia. We have also added nine new server items and expanded several nighttime locations.

Equipment Durability and Repairs

  • Weapons and armor now have durability, adding a new layer to equipment management.

  • Latisha's forge can now repair damaged equipment through a dedicated repair interface.

  • The new Artisan's Whetstone lets you restore an item's durability when you need a repair on the go.

  • Item details and inventory interactions have been updated to make durability and repair options easier to understand and use.

New Server Rewards and Items

  • Fishing, mining, farming, and stealing can now award special server-side rewards through the new Hybrid Drop system.

  • Added four Attribute Training Manuals that can improve your Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, or Charm.

  • Added Vitality Tonics and Energy Tonics that can increase your maximum health and energy.

  • Added Insight Crystals that grant Ability Points.

  • Added Livestock Growth Serum that can instantly raise a baby animal into its adult form.

  • Added Artisan's Whetstone that provides another way to repair your equipment away from Latisha's Forge.

Miscellaneous & Internal

  • New nighttime backgrounds have been added for the lake, beach, and college areas.

  • Character profiles now include race information, and existing characters have been updated accordingly. This is all internal in preparation for the upcoming elf RNPC and future other races.

  • Internal improvements on the randomly generated characters system.

  • A new Harem Fanatic patron has been added to the credits. Thank you for your support!

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented lip colors from rendering correctly.

  • Fixed a problem that could incorrectly configure generated characters when filling additional occupations.

Sorry for the long wait on this next update, I was dealing with some health issues and had been slowly getting back into HTopia.

I hope the new durability system makes your equipment feel more meaningful and that the expanded server rewards give you even more reasons to explore HTopia's activities.
