Cierna’s story update (v0.6.6)
Hello there players!
It’s finally time to continue Cierna’s story!
This update brings not one, but two new events for her, complete with new CGs, new outfit, new dialogue, and more chances to bond with this bratty princess.
We’ve also added a brand-new shop—the 5 Pennies Store—which now handles most gift items, along with a few quality-of-life improvements to quest flow, dialogue, and scripting behind the scenes.
If you've already completed Cierna’s Event 1, you’ll be able to pick things right back up with her new event trigger in place.
This new story event is written by Xeromus, one of our Patrons that is debuting as a writer in HTopia while our Lead Writer/Editor Timmy has supported us in this endeavor, so congrats to Xeromus!

🎀 CIERNA STORY
Added Cierna’s Event 2 and Event 3, including new story sequences and quests.
Added new CGs for Cierna’s Event 2 and 3.
Added rumor/hint quest to help guide players toward Cierna's Event 2.
Updated Cierna’s Event 1 to better track the day it ends (used for timing Event 2).
Added 3 new facial expressions for Cierna.
Added new casual outfit for Cierna.
Updated Cierna’s gallery with Events 2 and 3.
Updated Arane’s gallery.
Added new dialogue and text messages between Cierna and the player.
Added new quests for Cierna’s Event 2 and 3.
Added new SFX for Cierna’s Events 1 and 2.
Revised Cierna’s Event 1 and her associated quests for clarity and polish.
🎮 GAMEPLAY & QUALITY OF LIFE
Added the new 5 Pennies Store in the Mall:
Moved gifts items (Books, Jewelry, Perfume, Plushies, etc.) from Grocery Store to 5 Pennies.
Added Evervogue Fitting Room location.
Added dialogue when a door can only be lockpicked for clarity.
Fixed issue with dungeon locked doors not explaining why they couldn’t be opened.
Added a new misc Cheap Smartphone item, available at the 5 Pennies Store.
Sakura now lives in Shion’s house (new games only).
Minor updates on Akira and Arane’s main menu background art.
Minor UI tweaks throughout.
Improved how text messages can now include image attachments.
Users who sign up with Patreon are now auto-verified and get their referral code right away.
🧪 ENGINE & BACKEND CHANGES
Lots of enhancements for our internal writing tools.
Added roles to our user system.
Fixed Daily Rewards to properly support unique items.
Improvements to our internal development process.
