Eh?! I haven't been paying enough attention to all this (just haven't had enough time to analyse for longer than a few minutes) but I hope you're right!
It activates on a two second delay. We need that barrier up just before it hits us. The time to hit the button is NOW, if it gets any closer it'll zoom through the barrier before it activates!
But if we’re too early, he will just stop in his track! The two second delay tells me that the field will acitvate two pages away from the moment we press it. If I’m right then we have to wait one more second!
If we press the button now, and assuming it doesn't just teleport or something, it'll just be at the hallway by the time the screen goes up. ...I still wanna leeroy jenkins everyone who thought THIS was the better idea, but I think we need to wait just one more second.
