I would have killed for a Parkour Civ episode

I procrastinated listening to this episode because I thought it was too silly of the thing to listen to people talk about for two hours. I still think it’s ridiculous but I enjoyed hearing you talk about the ridiculousness. It’s crazy that something I think is this stupid has this much money behind it. Much more brilliant things have been done for less.

I hate that I went and watched about a dozen skibidi toilet eps after listening to this. It is just garbage after the first couple.

I looked up the original song, but had to listen twice because... "It took me a while to catch what it said 'Cause I had to match the rhythm of his belly with my head" This is what they refer to as a "callback"

I hope the kids enjoy their weird toilet cartoons, and I mean that honestly. I'm sure my own parents would've found some way to call it satanic.

The discussion of all the fan made content surrounding this series made by a single creator who (perhaps) is not that interested in world building made me start comparing it to the SCP Wiki. I’m not an expert on SCP lore but my understanding is that it is from the ground up, the work of many different authors, none of whom had majority control of the project.

One of the only things that can make me laugh anymore is absurd humor. So I really enjoy finding something weird and different, and I loved Skibidi Toilet when I stumbled onto it. Hearing its become... a property, well. It kind of sucks. Studios and such have wanted, for a while, to do things like monetize fan fiction and the like. This feels like another step toward that. Another wall erected in an increasingly stupid garden. No shade for the artist, though. He's clearly in a situation he doesn't want to be in, and maybe the money will make his life better. I hope that when he's done with this, he's happier for it, and gets to make whatever he likes.

Skibidi Toilet is like Disney compared to Salad Fingers.

The discussion re:fan works/derivative works got me thinking of Touhou Project and then just how much of a deranged mindfuck a Touhou episode would be.

I saw my first skibidi toilet sculpture at the pottery studio recently. It was like a bust (plus a toilet). I hope it ends up in a museum

I thought skibidi toilet was like a single viral YouTube poop video and I'm fascinated to know I was wrong. Also I never knew the greater history of machinima and it makes me happy to know that stuff is still around.

I came to skibidi toilet through having been a fan of the Russian band little big. They do scat style stuff sometimes like their track skibidi or Faradenza.

I get brain worms like donoven's too. I think it might be an echolalia thing, at least in my case

Today I discussed with my class of 9th graders that indeed skibidi is an adjective. I can't wait to understand what exactly I meant by that. Gonna count my grey hairs while I listen to this
