I still remember my high school government teacher showing the tar and feathering scene from that John Adam’s mini series…

I 10000% buy edwin and walter as bossy bottom with ludicrously elaborate fantasies and his beleagured but determined service top

The thing about stuff clogging your pores and making you asphyxiate is a myth. You don't breathe through your pores. If you did then why would choking kill you? I imagine however that lots of people being tarred and feathered probably died from burn damage and/or probably being also beaten a lot by the general mob of people that are very mad at them.

Dream crossover ep with QAA 100% involves Jake and AJ writing stories for the other to perform

My brain instantly told me that Polybius was a historian, not a philosopher; I had to check Wikipedia before I was sure. My deep recall is more pedantic than I am, I guess.

There have been a couple Polybius freeware/art project games, but Jeff Minter (of Tempest fame) made a commercially-released version of Polybius in 2017. It's mostly an evolution of the Tempest formula, like so many of his other games.

The Devon episode was actually my first ep of this podcast and i was able to get with the program fine but to go into that monologue with no primer and no expectations (casually on my way home from work) was A Wild Ride i genuinely wondered if i had been misled into listening to a surrealist audio drama

I can’t believe phil lollar managed to make a joke about lawyers that wasn’t overtly antisemitic

"Jake Rockatansky is their AJ" feels like a line out of a leftist podcast equivalent to a Nostalgia Critic crossover movie

Edwin has a really weird tar and feather fetish

L

If this episode does one thing, it’s establish that Edwin is the sub in this dynamic and y’know what? Good for him. Back to the drawing board for my Harlequin Dinner Theatre Throuple fic where Richard Maxwell helps establish an underground drag scene I guess
