“Have intercourse” or “coitus” would be clinical (and not very gender inclusive)! I also don’t think all games should be catered to children just in case they may play it. It’s a life sim so inclusion of the act that creates life shouldn’t be a shock I think anyone who played sims as a kid was well aware what woohoo was a euphemism for, giving it a cute name doesn’t disguise it so I don’t see why it should be disguised. Hopefully you can get a mod to make the language in your game more palatable for you

After watching Josh's completely unhinged gameplay, I was wondering if it's possible to select BOTH 'can cause pregnancy' and 'can get pregonanant', just for the Russian roulette of it all. It would be fun to craft a polycule and just, never know who's gonna get knocked up at any given point. Wait, can we create polycules?
I am in Spring year 2 with the fourth generation just born and loving this game!
At the moment, my game is unplayable. Fires continue to start no matter which lot I move my para to. It's EXTREMELY annoying and ruins the entire game because not only do the fires consistently restart, they won't be fully put out. Besides that, having a fire multiple times a day - even after moving my para to a prebuilt home, is just INSANE. No game does that for "fun" because it isn't fun. It's infuriating. So I haven't been able to play the last 2 weeks due to this crazy issue.
I just heard that you're going to use "Getting Intimate" as the baby making act. That sucks! It's too conservative for a fun whimsical game. I'd like to suggest "Hankey Panky" or "Shananigans". "Getting Intimate" sounds like 8th grade health class. I would never use such a conservative word irl or in a game.
Why do you find it conservative to use literal language like “getting intimate”? I much prefer it over child-like euphemisms for an adult activity such as your suggestions. Also feels far too similar to “woohoo”!

Pour le build, certes évidemment qu'il y a des choses à peaufiner mais sincèrement c'est exactement le jeu dont j'avais envie ! I bought the game on day one because I’ve been following you since the very beginning of development, and now I’m literally in love with the build mode! The Parafolks are adorable too, but as a builder, what I love most in life simulators is creating new houses, and your building tools and the game’s visual style are simply one love as for me! 🥰 The visuals feel incredibly relaxing to me even despite some small bugs. I want to thank you once again for such a wonderful game. I truly hope it will continue to grow and evolve, and I sincerely admire your determination and dedication!

Is anyone having problems with cooking? The only snack option I have is an apple, and I can’t really use any appliances except the fridge (no option to click stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc)

I got to play it today and wow! Congratulations! As a long-time Sims player, I was in awe of the Paralives town, build mode, and Paramaker! It is really nice to be able to start playing in a really dynamic and aesthetically pleasing town with no loading screens!

Congratulations :) The game is pretty much what I signed up for, although I have a lot left to explore I am where I meant to go. Your hard work has paid off and I'm sure there are many good things in Paralives' future. A few quick questions, for later, once you folks put down the much-deserved champagne glasses : 1/ Will the VOD of Rina's livestream today be reuploaded somewhere ? It was impossible to catch while playing in full immersion mode ! 2/ Would you please consider releasing a recap of how many premade Paras, how many Paramaker assets, how many Build Mode assets, how many Together Cards, how many Story Cards, etc. are in the game ? 3/ Please consider more detailed tags for the Steam Workshop. The "modpack" one specifically is going to be full of very, very different types of content, and basically become unsearchable. Please realize that the powerful modding tools you are providing us require an equally as powerful labelling system rather than a fourre-tout. 4/ The surprise collab updates : where do we find the patchnotes ? In the future, where we will find them ?

Been playing for the past 3 hours!!! Altough i am usually not so much into creating characters, the paramaker is my favorite part so far! It is really astonishing how many options and details we have!! Loving this game already and you can notice the passion that went into making it
I don't know if anyone found out about this but you can keep the food in your inventory and it keeps it fresh longer I've had a big plate of egg sandwiches for 2 days or more now and it did not go bd yet!
