At the moment, my game is unplayable. Fires continue to start no matter which lot I move my para to. It's EXTREMELY annoying and ruins the entire game because not only do the fires consistently restart, they won't be fully put out. Besides that, having a fire multiple times a day - even after moving my para to a prebuilt home, is just INSANE. No game does that for "fun" because it isn't fun. It's infuriating. So I haven't been able to play the last 2 weeks due to this crazy issue.

I have followed and supported paralives for years- Ive paid them hundreds of dollars with their promise we could have our own npc townie in the game that I had planned making mine a memorial of my son by using his name - it would make me smile everytime people posted their videos and that townie Ben, showed up. They also promised that tier an early release play and so I wake up today and see all of the Simmers influencer types have access but not us that paid for that top teir for 6 months in a row at least, as they put in their deal to us. Now, mind you, these offers were only for a time period, and there was a deadline to get your 3 or 6 months in a row, cant remember the MINIMUM because I kept on paying long past the window to be in that deal and they even assured me on the patreon that I would be - but I wasnt. Neither with the named townie nor (as I learn this part today...) the early play offer. They literally promised I qualified for both several months ago and still sitting here waiting for either one of those deals I paid for, to happen. Seems like they just cared more about buying rave reviews than keeping their promise to us that paid them for years. Just mark my words. When it happens to others, remember I told the truth. They offered, I paid, they took my money and ran to influencers with it. Obviously. I feel like since you all are just posting at exactly the same time and nothing but rave reviews, that Im starting to have my first doubts I have had in years with paralives. It's giving EA tbh... and Im not digging it. I stopped paying for their YouTube and patron when I saw that those promises for buying top teir (and I had mine at top for over a year - my hubby and I are grandparents with a brick and mortar game store, kids grown and we can splurge on things like that but I paid them hundreds of dollars for those 2 benefits specifically- and watched them break that deal in no time. How Sims of them. Just being honest Satch. This is something you won't see since they wouldn't dare break deals with influencers. Just us game store owners (since 1998) Im so disappointed- I feel like I was cheated on. And I kind of want all of my money back at this point since they didn't give what they said I'd get for paying them a fortune.

As a developer myself, I know the amount of work it took to make it this far. You should all be so incredibly proud of what you have created! It's crazy because I was paying the high teir for several months with hopes of being a townie in game and getting early access, but neither happened. I feel deceived and ripped off already. Been a supporter for years - so imagine my surprise after paying hundreds through the years, both YouTube and here - and seeing Satch and James playing their early release and I have nothing that was promised when I paid those hundreds. God I dont want more Sims support and broken promises.

I love that you ride the train into Melino! Getting to see Stella the Doggo was so nice, and the Storyteller aspect seems very interesting. It would be fun if in a few years when the CAW tools are released (and if you ever make official new Towns for the game) that your Parafolk can buy a one-way ticket to move households between worlds. Maybe even a pop-up when boarding the train if there is still furniture in the house that says something like "You're about to step on the train, but feel like you forgot to pack something. Go back and finish packing or sell all furniture with the house?" Or maybe someday there could be a Town on an island where you have a opening scene riding a boat after they are added. So many possibilities.

hi, i loved the trailer and gameplay video, but i have an issue with the trees/plants swaying, it makes me feel sea sick almost. there are more people talking about this exact issue in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2NsOvb9b2Y what is also a genuine problem for me is when Para levels up, the announcement is over the entire screen and not only is it immersion breaking but also very overstimulating, for me personally. it'd be great if you guys adressed these issues/concerns, love the game and can't wait to play it!

i saw the creator AJPlaysSims point out on youtube that the movement of trees in live mode was giving them motion sickness and they couldn't physically continue to watch the game demo because of it. i agree that it would be cool to have the option to turn off the movement or turn down the movement speed as an accessibility feature. it would mean a lot to players with vision, sensory, and overstimulation issues, and make them physically able to play the game.

the storytellers are just perfect. i love to play slow, long term games and im excited to figure out the perfect amount of chaos and challenge for me in paralives... and the mods, all the mods!

Damn ! The train is a menu ! It's browsable menu ! It rides but it is a game menu ! Can you imagine such stuff ?! Shock ! And you can decide on the times and rules of your gameplay from there too ! And the new house for Thalia is even prettier than the ones shown before.

Hello!! The trailer looks amazing. :DDD Something i'd love to be tweaked is the lighting, though. Paras themselves feel a touch too flat and disjointed from their environment, especially during the night as they seem to be brighter than their surroundings and aren't affected by light sources as much as their environment. Same goes for the environment itself. I wish the shadows were a touch darker so it would be easier to differentiate where buildings are/arent connected for easier navigation and visual clarity. Otherwise this game looks insanely promising, this entire team has put their time, thoughts, sweat and tears and it shows. Cannot wait to buy it on day 1 of early access !!!
