i watched a video of a north korean defector reviewing this drama and they said it's pretty accurate except it's worse in reality. obviously, the soldiers would be more violent and they said ppl were not happy. they were almost stoic. houses on the countryside are also in bad condition, just everything was worse

Yeeey I'm so excited to be watching this one with you, Familia, it's such a classic! And just a small note, the reason why the soldiers kept yelling at her not to jump over the fence wasn't because of the mines, but because then she would be officially entering North Korea. Demilitarized zone is 4 kilometers wide line between two Koreas, and it would be easier for her to return home from there, then once she is officially inside the North Korea. I visited DMZ last year and it was such a unique experience.

The tension between North and Sound Korea is much worse than what you think. Kim Jong Un even said that he would no longer pursue reconciliation with SK any more. You might want to look into their historical background cause I think it's a very interesting and unique case

okay so familia there is both an epilogue and preview of the next episode after each episode. basically the epilogue will come first and its usually related to a scene you have already seen in that episode. after it ends, you will see the words crash landing on you in korean on the screen then comes the preview with multiple cuts and thats when you get into spoiler territory and should stop. so just proceed with cauution but once you see it, you will tell the difference and when to stop for future reactions!

hello. Please make sure to watch the epilogues at the end of every episode. Those are always some very important contexts. Also I have watched this drama almost 7 times now not kidding. Its very Classic and Comforting.

I just happened to watch a Korean crime series when Crash Landing on You dropped so crashlanding was the second k-drama I ever watched. And I watched it more than once at the time. I got into Korean stuff just as the COVID-19 pandemic was starting i.e. at the time when crashlanding was released. It was fun to watch this episode with you guys after all these years. btw, you missed the epilogue

familia, right where you guys stopped watching after few seconds , there is a post credit scene that comes before next episode's preview. you can guys should definitely watch that post credit scene or epiogue.
