Version 0.20.X
Conditionals, optimization and some horns
This new version adds conditional support to the dialogues of your custom NPCs, which combined with the also new ability to set and save data flags, will allow tinkerers to create more dynamic custom quests to the game.
Conditionals (if, else, etc) can be used to branch a dialogue into different routes, depending on what your conditional requests. Say you have an Orc with a dialogue where he asks the player to give him 10 peppers; if the player has already collected them, the dialogue continues into a specific branch where you make a spicy dinner for him, otherwise defaulting to a dialogue branch where he expresses his disappointment at your lack of diligence!
Another example would be an orc that only gets busy with you if you are of specific certain "measures".
Data flags are variables that can be added or modified through a new type of dialogue action. These data flags can be used in conditional checks (for example, saving custom quest progress for your NPC).
Conditionals are used through a new type of dialogue entry, which nests derived lines under it as the other types (Text and Choice, Simple Text...) but will take the speech to any of the offspring ones, depending on their contents.
I know this is all very technical stuff; just let the tinkerers out there work their creative magic on their NPCs, which you can later download and use in the game.
Other changes:
Added new segments of animation to the custom fusion scene introduced on a previous version (Durian's)
New horn styles: longhorn, oni and filed
Goblinizer (transformative) buffs now have a different, more organic behavior. Their old linear behavior can still be used through a new buff of similar name.
Height and muscle increase and decrease buffs
Reworked navigational runes; old ones were causing too much lag and were hard to understand for most people.
Even more optimizations in order to address the severe lag caused by having too many NPCs activated.
Bo no longer disappears after completing Oriol's quest.
Fixed "Can't turn my orc after teleporting" bug.
The game will no longer try to load an NPC (bab) with incorrect data, which would lock up the main menu.
Known issues:
The guiding rune that should appear during Bo's scene is missing.
An orc rune may appear during the character creation screen, right on top of the character.
Materials will sometimes not update on some of the meshes, like the arm hair. Should this happen, press U on your keyboard to rebake them.
Reloading scenes will take a while, sometimes a bit too much. Will depend on the number of NPCs currently active.

News for the next version? All is good ? It's been a long time since news of Hogswild Prasetto.
After talking with Bo, if you look up, there's usually a guide that takes you to him. the trail is on the mountain behind the starter circle, going left.
Well I must say I do like the game a lot. Funny thing with Braces but the do crash the game If overused and Bo i vanishing. By the way where is te stargaze circle I can’t find it anywhere.
Seems a crash has been introduced with the Genie Braces that won't let you get to the final growth.
Sorry for the late comments, my PC died for a few weeks and I couldn't try the new demo. For some reason, after finishing Oriol's merge scene, my inventory was missing all the items I'd picked up in the cabin and I had to go collect them again. Not sure if this was a known issue or not
Also, Bo seems to have disappeared after finishing the constellation puzzle and warping back to his circle. This might be because I did the Durian merge scene on the way to the constellation.
the longer the better ;-)
Patience :P
I'm unhappy, no new version!
Is it because I don't have the game card mentioned in he intro?Or?
I don't believe I had that problem before, but what I can say is that the mouse cursor does lock to Bonfire's window. Try pressing the windows key to see if your cursor comes up.
I can get to the charater aspect page to mention , but then my cursor becomes jittery and random and I can't control it.
Sorry--I'm new to the whole online game thing.
I'm using Windows 10
So what exactly are you having trouble with? Did you already extract the folder from the .zip? If you have, you just have to open the folder, and you'll see another folder called Bonfire64. In that folder is the Bonfire.exe file. Running that should get you to the Bonfire configuration window, where you can select your resolution (how big you want the window), and the graphics quality. After clicking "play" it brings you to the "Terms and Conditions" option. Click Agree. You'll see another prompt that says "This is a work in progress". Left click that as well. When you see the Patreon Logo, left click again and wait, It'll load up the character creation screen. From there you can create your orc (or human) to your liking.
Did not fugue anything ouit
Well, I cannot even figure out what your problem is with the scarce information that you provide.
iS IT BEcause I don't have the right gme (?) card? Or what?I'd be happy to pay for the info...sorry for the bad texts... still learning how to use this format
Did you already figure it out? Are you using Windows or Mac?
My cursor jerks aROPUND AND DOESN'T CONNECT EXCEPT AT RANDOM
BUT''''I cvan't get it going?
I;m so frustrated! I REALLY like tyou game
there will be new clothes expected?
I do not know if it's just me, but there seems to be memory leaks on this version. When you play several hours, the game starts to get slow. Then if you use the tools for the mods, that you apply the mods several times on the same game assignment, the RAM memory increases then ends up saturating.
What version are you using? Windows or Mac?
I swear that I look everywhere but I can not find the Goblinizer and muscle/height buff
The buffs are available in the character editor for custom NPC quests, not really in the form of an edible item.
I don't see the muscle/height buff either :(
so this version can i interact with the Orc Reading Book? i forget his name so sorry
Has anything been added for the guy with the book yet? I've gone through a couple of different conversation lines but the only ends I've got are I need some time to contemplate/he puffs away in a ball of smoke/apologise and leave.
Did I miss the addition of new itens, or which ones count as a goblinizer process?
Makes me wonder if people will start posting their own personally created quests for others to play.
They have been very active over at the discord channel on that regard, sharing their creations.
Would it be presumptuous to assume that most of the content for the game will come from player modding? With the tool kits you’ve released in the subsequent patches, it seems there’s a huge possibility the game could be small scale with most of it leaning on player made content. Not to discount that a bad thing nor do I want to assume you have no interest in making this game less then, but I was merely curious is all. I do appreciate the free roam of the games basic coding and the ability to creat my own little quests here and there, but I would love to know if there would be some finality in one way or another for the main story quest. Again, not trying to sound contentious, just felt a desire to ask is all.
I'm creating these for myself as well, as I need a more reliable way to create new content for the core story, easier to modify without needing to tweak the source code every time. It is the oldest characters (Celik and Oriol, a bit of Bo) that give me the worst, precisely because they were made without any of this in mind. As an answer your main concern: I will not abandon the main story.
