Nature Photo Bonus Post - Yellow Springs
I call these bonus posts, because they are not my normal content, but some people enjoy seeing the nature photos I take. And, they are allowable as free posts since no noodity. (If you like noodity, you gotta subscribe on my paid tier for that, sowwies.) I got a little solo hiking vacation time in Monday and yesterday. These are from Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve and Glen Helen. If you are in Ohio, these rival the Hocking Hills or Cuyahoga Valley areas, for sure. Recommend. Thanks for checking out my photos! :)
P.S. I took lots of great self-portraits for you guys while in my Airbnb. You're gonna love Sundays.... Stick around!

Very lovely photos! Thanks for sharing!
When I met my late wife, she had been living in Yellow Springs (we met in graduare school in Philadelphia). We eventually married and we moved to Ohio for a few years. When she was pregnant, she would love long walks in Glen Helen. This was when Antioch was in its full hiply-ish glory. We eventually moved to NJ (my home) and so on. Still I loved the area around Yellow Springs - so real working farms, fields of corn, also grazing cows. I need to visit - have not been there since 2007.
I can hear the trickle of water and the rustling of leaves. Colors are beautiful. (pS; looking forward for Sunday 🌷)
