Nature Photo Bonus Post - Water birds
I tried to get foggy sunrise spiderweb dew cool photos like I did the other day (got up at 6:15 a.m.!) but the sun didn't break the clouds and mosquitos tried to eat me, despite bug spray. So, this is the best I could do today. Busy again with shoots and work for a bit, so hope these will tide you over. <3 If you're local, the location of these is Black Hand Gorge - swole Licking River! and Dillon State Park.
P.S. If you are paying more than $15 a month for my Patreon, that surcharge is coming from Apple iOS. Cancel and subscribe on the Patreon app or website, if you can. It will save you that monthly fee. I think the only way you can get the $10 a month pay for a year in advance deal is also to cancel and resubscribe. I don't think it lets current subscribers pay for a year in advance once you're already paying the $15. (They want to squeeze all they can out of you. lol) If you're planning to stick around, it might be worth it to try, to save yourself a bit of money. Some say they don't want to do that. They want me to get the $15 and I thank you and I appreciate you. But, mentioning it for those who really can't afford to pay more than $10 in their budget. Rather you get to stick around and see my photos.

So many Herons in one place, absolutely heavenly! And you got that moment with perfection! I do like the B/W photos, the feel is mystical 💫💛
So cool to have a spot where so many Herons collect!
Yes, I didn't know this was there or I would have visited way before now.
I love these. I lived nearly all my life in the NYC area but my wife lived in Ohio when I met her in 1974. We lived in Ohio near Dayton from 1978-81 - son was born there and we would visit each year to see her mother. i enjoyed the closeness to nature and also farmland, so much less is avaialble here. . These images are so evocative of being in nature.
It's been raining every 2-4 days here all Spring/Summer, so we're one of the few states in the US not in a drought this year. They said our humidity is like the Amazon rainforest. Crazy weather. I was born in 78! :)
Cool sightings of Green Herons, Ringed-Billed Gulls, Lesser Yellowlegs, and maybe Egrets. Fun stuff!
Carrie you are a great photographer!
The flowers are especially lovely. I would love to see you wearing flowers like that in your hair.
Nice work 💜💜
