DevBlog #42
Hey hey hey!
Long time no hear, so let's talk!
First of all - 2.9 development. It's going well, but there were some hiccups. I've been sick all this week, and I'm still making renovations in my new apartment. So, the next update won't amaze you. A couple new scenes, including 4 animations. But! I figured out how to compress images, and now the game will weigh 2 times less!
The second thing is the last poll. Looks like Rachel is still your favorite character.
I'm going to make more polls next week to see where I should put more work. Like "plot/scenes" or "more animations / better animations".
To be honest, I have a lot of hot LEWD ideas for scenes, but there are a few problems. My writing and my PC. I don't know how to write engaging dialog for the scenes. If you have some suggestions for existing scenes, or maybe even ideas for your own - you can hit me in the DM here or in Discord. And my hardware, it's just outdated. I can't even play animations in real-time to check if everything's alright. I can only check after the scene is fully rendered (3-4 hours). Sometimes I have to remake whole animations. And, at other times, when I have less time - buggy animations end up in the game.
That's a lot to digest, I understand. But I hope that we'll find solutions and Double Perception will be awesome in the near future!
Stay horny!
Zett out!
