For example I now can not use the map in DOA, If I try to take a nap I get an error, If I buy a second headset, I get an error if I try to react with Rachel.

I suggest you to start a new game and use in-game cheat menu to get your progress back

Does DP 1.5.2 require a "Fresh Start" ? Because I loaded one of my old 1.4.1 saves and keep getting errors ALL over the place !
