Hektar & Nobu | Overview

Hey there, Simmers! ☕

As the autumn days draw us indoors, I wanted to design something that brings a true sense of warmth and comfort to your builds. I’m so excited to introduce the Hektar & Nobu set!

This release features intimate, cozy details designed to make any room feel like a relaxing sanctuary. Right now, the set includes 4 main pieces, but I am planning to expand this series into a much larger, growing collection over time.

Here is a quick look at the technical details:

• Custom Meshes: Every single item was built from scratch and meticulously optimized for smooth gameplay with perfect LODs.

• Build/Buy Ready: Fully Base Game Compatible (BGC), so you can drop them straight into your game—no packs required!

• Decor & Styling: If you're eyeing the extra styling items in the preview images, you can find those lovely clutter pieces in my older releases.

I truly hope you enjoy decorating with these pieces. Thank you so much for your endless support; it motivates me to keep working on beautiful new sets for you all. We’ll be catching up more throughout the weekend, but for now, happy Simming!

The early access files are attached below for you. 🤎

Warmly,
