The Roadtrip of a Lifetime with my best friend soulmate sister (the clothing, nature & paint polaroids)

A few years ago, I want to say it was the spring 2024, so I think almost 2 1/2 years ago now? I took the road trip of a lifetime with my best friend who is basically my sister Soulmate across the country from Colorado to Northern California down to Southern California and back through Arizona to Colorado. My friend Kat 🌙 was running a women's retreat in Mendocino outside of San Francisco. We left Colorado and packed everything into her car and basically lived out of her car together for one month. It was one of the best months of my life. We left Colorado and stopped in Goblin Valley State Park and attempted to camp on our first night. The wind was so harsh that we literally got completely blown over our tent was flattened the entire night so we had to attempt to sleep in the car... it was a rocky start to say the least, but it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and the images and pictures that we took for my artwork (Nudes In Nature) were just outstanding. After that, we went to Mystic Hot Springs in Utah (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) then Bryce Canyon (SO INCREDIBLY STUNNING OMG), then Valley of Fire State Park (beyond breathtaking and then to a little cute campground in Santa Cruz outside of San Francisco before heading to the retreat. We found a huge whale bone at that campsite and then had the most incredible time in Mendocino. After the retreat, we went to Wilbur Hot Springs, which was one of my favorite places to visit as a family growing up where clothing is optional, and there's literally the most healing water in the world. We went there, just us girlfriends, and I made new memories because the last time I was there I had a really intense experience with a guy I was dating and my family. It felt so good to make new memories and have a healing experience in one of my most favorite places on earth. After that we stayed in San Francisco and had a moment in the city before driving South to LA. We stopped and stayed with friends in Santa Barbara and drove through Big Sur. Incredible. Finally arrived in LA. I also made a new memories there given that I hadn't been back since dating a guy who lived in Santa Monica. It was so good to be back and heal on so many levels. It was a really powerful trip and it ended with us going to iconic Sedona… This was the trip where I really began documenting everything on Polaroids in addition to the phone and big canon camera. I want to share these images with you where we are wearing clothing and then in my next post in two days, I will share the photo set of all the fine art images from the polaroid camera from this month we had together. Everything from my yoni tanning mornings in the red rock canyons to breathtaking views where our bodies literally merge with the landscapes. Our skin matching and mirroring the rocks. Powerful energy and art.
