I wonder how long she's been pregnant...or how many she's pregnant with? And yes, weight training while pregnant is safe, as long as you know when you stop. Probably when you go into labour.
I decided to try a more vertical format, as that's apparently optimal for making a YT Short. Should I try a squarer format next time? Or do you like this verticality? Lemme know!
