They might need to recalculate those odds, because it seems awfully common in Nicky's town.

Although quick question 🤔 is having sextuplets a really a "one in a million" chance? Not like 1 in 500 or 1 in 1000 chance?

Lol, 1 in 500 would result in a lot more sextuplet pregnancies IRL "1 in a million" is just a turn of phrase, it's not meant to be taken literally. The real odds of a sextuplet pregnancy are one in 4.7 billion (going by what Google says)
