Finally, it is done. Thanks for your patience, as always. This might be one of the first times where I didn't worry as much about being "late" and just focused on making the animation what I wanted it to be and posting it when it was done. I didn't quite do every single thing I wanted to do, but overall I'm happy with the final animation.
Also, this is the first birth I animated in Rive (aside from the Nioma tentacle animation). In a lot of ways, it wasn't that different from old birth animations. The ability to be more expressive with the characters is a breath of fresh air, although it does mean those scenes take a long time to make (the amount of layers to keep track of...sheesh!). It's a good first attempt, but I'm sure I can do better next time.
The bonus content is a quickie "alternate universe" edit, for a quad birth sequence. I had considered adding in some extra details (like multiple umbilical cords) but remembered that the whole Patreon Deluxe IS the bonus content, so I veto'ed that idea lol. I had considered adding in some bigger belly edits of other scenes, but decided to keep it on theme and stick to birth bonus content.
While this project is finished, plot wise I've laid the ground roots for another Janet x Lycia animation. I wonder what would happen in that one?

Because this was made in Rive, a software that (as of yet) doesn't allow me to make interactive animations. If the title says [Rive] then do not expect interactivity.
It was alright I guess, it does seem like the weakest deluxe so far. Half of it is dialouge between Janet and her daughter, which would have been fine if it didn't interrupt the birth scene. Which even that felt incredibly short. I felt like more could have been done since the normal animation showed off a lot of potential while the deluxe just falls flat.
Idk my favorite thing about the deluxes you usually have recently been making is that we get to see them at their biggest plus the version of them even bigger than that afterwards. I understand that with animation sometimes there are limitations and stuff but this one was pretty underwhelming since that wasn’t really the case this time until the very end. TBH I was hoping we’d get to see her even bigger and thicker for all the scenes afterwards not just the very last part of it. Otherwise great work as usual thank you.
For this animation, as it was mainly a birth animation, I focused on birth with a quad birth as the extra content rather than bigger tums as the focus. I know a *lot* of people are here for bigger and bigger tums alone, but sometimes I have to make a choice with what time I can spend on an animation, and this time I decided the time would be for birth. I *could* have added more scenes to make her bigger all over, but that would have added another week or two to the production time, and I've spent a month on this already lol. Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights, and you're entitled to feel underwhelmed. I bear all criticisms in mind when planning animations, so it's valuable feedback.
This has got to be your most cinematic project yet. I absolutely adore the use of unique angles and perspectives brought to life with your new production style. Now, my criticisms ring similar to those before me, there should be an extrapolation of "action", but I think that balance between proper buildup and payoff is also very important and beneficial. I find that those "softcore" moments where you showcase the physicality and narrative impact of the situation at hand are especially attractive, but a further journey into the vulgarity of the ideas is also equally important to truly bring out the full erotic nature of the story being told. I don't meant to say this as demanding more work from you. I truthfully enjoy the current cadence of releases, but in my opinion your exceptional art could be further heightened by the depiction of the "bodies" of the characters you work on. All in all this is, imo, probably the most engaging animation you've produced in my odd few years of support and I hope to see more in this style in the future, no pressure lol. (P.S. heartbeat SFX really pushes the envelope in conveying the urgency of pregnancy. It's inclusion is up to you of course, but food for thought.) (P.P.S. The dialogue was top notch.)
Thank you for the thoughtful comment, Glock, and also all the years of support! As you and others have said, this Deluxe does spend too long on those build-up moments. In the past, I've balanced the build-up versus the action better. Is it still a good animation? I think so. Could it have been more focused? Absolutely. Those build-up moments are important, and I don't intend to get rid of them entirely in Deluxes. But for this Deluxe, it's a valid criticism that the balance was too skewed towards build-up over the actual content people wanted (ie the birth). For future Deluxes, I will work harder to get the balance right. If anything, all the build-up should be in the public video (where anything explicit will get the YT video demonetised), and the Deluxe should be mostly payoff. This is another great food for thought comment, and I take no offence from it. Any critique that can help me course correct towards making animations that make people happy or even happier is always welcome. Thanks again for your thoughts! (I almost did a heartbeat for this animation too, but decided against it. I've done it before, and you're right, it does add a sense of urgency.)

Really great job Dim. One of your hottest to date - Lycia is a winner! I think, within the narrative context, this animation shows exactly as much as it needs to; that said, it would be lovely to see more of a “full” birth in future Rive projects. I’m thinking of Fawn’s “Is This Yours” Deluxe, a rare but delicious occasion where we see the whole baby “exit”. I’m sure that would be more time consuming in Rive, but just something to consider. The problem with a full birth is I'm stepping into "potentially against TOS" territory, and I wonder if birth content itself, even if it is "tame" is a problem. It would be easy (or easier) to do in Rive, but presents other problems. I'll bear it in mind for the future, but for now, I'm wary of going that far. Still, I'm glad you liked it!
Dim, I love your work, and this one has an amazing animation, and the details are for sure the best of you works! really impressive! same for the animations! But outside of this, in my opinion, this is the most underwhelming patreon deluxe you've done so far. A whole lotta nothing happens for legit 5 minutes. I was expecting more ass, more screenplay before the birth. It felt like a nothing burger, and in the last scene she gives birth and it ends. Dont get me wrong, your animation, sfx and artstyle are state-of-the-art, but this was really underwhelming. More stuff happened in the normal animation than here. But nevertheless, your work is still amazing.
I'm sorry I let you down, notonthemoodrn. While I can contest the "legit 5 minutes" (the video is only four minutes lol), I can see what you mean: too much "narrative" build-up stuff (which takes time to make, and thus stops me making other scenes) and not enough action. My first idea was originally more straight birth than what I decided to go with, but perhaps this is another example of my first thought being the best thought. All I can say is sorry, and that I do plan to do more with Janet & Lycia in the future. When I do future Deluxes, I'll bear this critique in mind when planning them out.

Really love the expressiveness that you've been able to pull off with the Rive animations. I will not deny, I loved the opening and closing scenes of the deluxe from the comedy alone

I like it but I think it took way to long to come out for how short it is
As the Rive animations are purely video with no interactivity, I make what needs to be made for a tightly edited scene, and make it the length that feels right, rather than worrying about how long it is (I usually plan by how many tum scenes there are over how long an animation is). Additionally, I don't grind myself into the dust like I used to, and while I do work every day, some days I work less than others, so sure I could have finished a few days earlier if I worked harder, without doing anything else. But I've been there, done that, and prefer to go at a more relaxed pace, also let the animation breathe rather than post it the instant I'm finished. Still, the complaint is valid. I too wish they were longer (without padding out scenes) and took less time to make. I'd post a full animation every week if I could. But I can only do so much. I've made "longer" animations in less time in the past, but I sure didn't enjoy not doing anything in life other than animating lol That said, I also post animated gif loops after I've finished an animation, so that's my way of getting more "value for money" out of an animation. The loops last forever, unless you close the browser window...

Fantastic animation. Really loved Lycia's pose and the veins on her belly in the ending scene . I do kinda wish the quad edit was added to the other scenes, but her base belly was still big enough to satisfy my tastes. Other than that, the visual story-telling is really impressive, plus Janet's and Lycia's dynamic is still a lot of fun to watch. Honestly my only hang-up is I was sorta hoping Lycia's birth would take place at her baby shower, seeing as how a public venue would both embarrass her and amuse Janet, but I still think the chosen route is pretty fun. Actually, I think Janet and Lycia having competing baby showers would be a great set-up for an animation. Anyway, that's all I had to say, great work as always, Dim.
The problem with making the belly bigger is she barely fits in the scene as is, and I then have to zoom out to fit it in and people will then say "She's too small on screen." Something's gotta give XD And if this dynamic is popular, I have plenty of other ideas for other projects, for example public births or other petty competitiveness between them. Lots of possibilities...
