Either way, it's gonna be messy...Hey folks! Sort of just in time? Well, not really. Thanks for your patience!
Anyway, here it is, Sumireko's Patreon Deluxe! I was originally going to do an expansion for the whole thing, but decided that wasn't that interesting. So instead, I made it a three-way between sex, birth and a shorter expansion sequence. Both the sex and birth routes lead to the same ending, so feel free to choose one or the other.
Of course, there is the usual New Game + mode for when you get to the end. This time, there's a button to toggle it on and off, so feel free to revisit the scenes and see the bigger tums.
I think that's about it. Again, thanks for your patience, and enjoy!

Still would have loved to see the other expansion idea but you got to go with your guts and it came out fantastic. Can't wait for the next one ^^
Just going to be honest, this is the best Patreon Deluxe I have seen in a long time. It has it all, the bellies, the sexy scenes, and birth. All great in my book and in one whole package or video in this case.
