Lucilla Dongtan Dress

Madam President Lucilla in a dongtan dress. I don't know what it is about this type of dress but it usually seems to go nicely with mature women type characters like Lucilla who we estimate to be one of the oldest out of the Lahai Roi cast we've come across (not counting Hiyuki who is said to be 500+ years old)
