Testing presupported files

Just printed some of the Baron's soldiers presupported files and they look amazing with zero post processing.

We will be giving the first batch of presupported files on Monday!

Stay safe, cheers!

No worries, I was just wondering if it’s something that you were aware of and maybe tinkering with different setups. I might just stick to manual supports or delete the raft and adjust the missing pieces of supports because of the raft.

Guys, just a quick question. I went through and validated the file including 2x axeman and the king with bases (presupported) just to see how it will turn out and unfortunately because of the raft there is around 900 layers than needed to be fixed. After fixing there is still around 290 layers with some island pixels. Would you mind checking if the option with supports would be better off without the raft ? Thanks in advance.

Matt, it prints even with the raft islands. We ve checked in multiple printers. also you can just delete the raft if its better for you.

Already downloaded the presupported files. Will try them on today and see how they’ll come out as I’ve changed my support settings a bit. Good job guys !

Hey Giovane and welcome. The presupported files work with Chitubox only for resin. For further questions make a post on our Facebook group as there a lot of users there that can help out with their settings.

I can speak to that as well Archvillain. I assume the supports used by Archvillain are thing to not scar the model, downscaling these already small supports takes the actual support integrity from them. I have had mixed success in doing it, it really depends on the model. To my eye, scaling these down would end in failure do to the size and weight of the models. That’s just my $0.02. They look great!

We agree. In general we suggest that when downscaling you go with your own custom supports!

These are intended as large creatures (5e), right? Do you think they'll scale down to 28-32mm scale, presupported?

Nop, the soldiers are 32 mm
