D4VD Preliminary Hearings: Raw Notes Day 1-3

Yo Ross, I'm sure you seen the reignited beef between Kayla B, Asian Doll and Kema. Looks like Vonni may have stole the $300k out the trust fund made for Kema n King Von's young son. Asian Doll accused Kayla B of stealing shit from King Von's house as well (hard drives containing music etc.) Kayla B copped to it, but clapped back at both Kema and Doll for allegedly fucking Vonni. Trenches & Ak seem to think there's a lot of shiesty biz going on (obviously that's true, supposedly Von's ppl practically looted his house after death) but I'm wondering if their theories is even accurate. Was King Von sharing his ladies wit Vonni, or was he a snake and a thief from the start, always doin dirty by King Von? Media think Durk wouldn't have kept fuckin with Vonni if this was the case, that it was known Vonni stole the funds... but maybe he was kept around for being useful until he might be fed to the wolves. They also think it doesn't make sense that Kema would come at Vonni on the stand years later. However, if she thought this was her chance to get back on Vonni for any number of his transgressions, it makes sense to me regardless of Durk knowing or not. The revenge mindstate can be sat on for years, I can't see that being a disqualifier. I'd like to hear what you think, digging up dirt on this topic might be worthwhile, since there is definitely a lot more going on in the background here.

I honestly would love for someone to do some kind of piece on Celeste herself. Something that celebrates her spirit, her intelligence, her life, something positive attached to her name. This piece of shit gets his trash name spoken far too much. Love and celebration of Celeste Hernandez as a beautiful soul and human . Page 63 really stood out to me more than anything else in the first 63 pages. The testimony seems to be that three other saws at the residence tested negative with Bluestar, so police did not collect them or test them for touch DNA because they considered them irrelevant without an indication of blood. But since the actual dismemberment tool was never recovered, that feels like a pretty significant investigative gap. A saw could potentially have been cleaned, had parts replaced, or been used in a way that limited visible blood transfer. I’d be really interested to hear your thoughts on that decision in a future video, because it was the first point in the notes that genuinely alarmed me. I can guarantee you the defense will be using this to poke holes… seems like a massive oversight to me.
