Cornelia hat - the B-day gift for @anotherplumbob

My dearest @anotherplumbob  I wish you all the best! You’re my closest friend here and I wanted to  make something special for you this day. Knowing that you’re excited for  witches in ts4 I think you’ll find a good use for this hat in your  game. Happy B-day, and warmest wishes to a fantastic couple of you and  you hubby!
