arm thickness + pronounced hip sliders

UPDATE - 06/17/22: Slider should work now after the werewolf patch! Let me know if you still experience any issues!

!! so, i have updated my arm thickness slider to include a slider that alters the hips! i really liked my november body preset i shared last year but have recently only been wanting to use the hips portion so i made it into a slider so i can use it alongside other presets!!
