I thought it was only right that I did a build to showcase all 3 parts of The Coastal Collection that have been released so far. There will be a YouTube speed build out for this on Sunday, but I wanted to let you guys see all the screenshots early and also have access to the tray files before anybody else. I did build this lot with my current household in mind. They have a toddler & infant boy & they are hoping to add a little girl to the family soon, so I created a nursery for the near future. This house has so many activities for the family to do. I think this has to be the most activity items I've ever added into a single build, but I wanted to make sure you're sims would be kept entertained for a very long time. There is also a guest bedroom set up for if the grandparents decide to come over for an extended stay. Hope you enjoy!

How to install tray files
1. Download & unzip the .zip file
2. Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
3. Launch your game 4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in.
5. Enable MOO (bb.moveobjects) 6. Open the in game library
7. Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options. Without this selected you won't be able to see any of my cc filled builds in your library.
8. Locate the build and place
9. ENJOY!

I downloaded all cc's and the house itself but its not in my library, I did also enable custom content and I putit in my tray file unzipped. What am I doing wrong.
I was using this but something broke in it :(
Is the cc already included in the download or do we have to download separately?
This is absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to try and incorporate the rest of the Costal collection into it as well. Might turn the garage into an apartment.

Very beautifully decorated and landscaped. I'll never forget you saying the difference between a drab house and a beautiful one is a good landscaping. This was a couple of years ago now on a video. Still holds true.
Yes, it really doesn't matter how lovely the build is if the landscaping is missing. It really does complete the whole look and many times I place landscaping to almost change the proportions or look of the building
