Quick Question
Happy Easter (pretty damn good excuse for eating your body weight in chocolate) Monday!
I'm just wanting to get some feedback from those patrons that have my octave kitchen appliances, but don't own DHD. Are you able to use the counter top oven and low oven? I converted base game ovens to create those, but they do use the same tuning as the DHD ones. I checked thoroughly and couldn't see any part of them being dependant on that pack, but I've had somebody mention that they have no options when they click on the ovens and they coincidentally don't own DHD.
If it is the case that they only work if you own DHD, I can switch back to my original way of making built in appliances like I did for the Brownstone ones, so that they are available for all to use.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I'll be doing an update to that set at the beginning of next month to make at least the low oven BGC

They don't have DHD sadly. I would love to get them normal!
Mine show the options for cooking with the ovens but my sim can't use them. I placed with and without decorations, used an empty room, with/without surrounding counters, etc with no luck.
Can confirm that I don't have DHD and I can't use the oven at all. The coffee maker does work, though.
Can confirm, I don鈥檛 have DHD and there are zero interactions available for either functional oven. I haven鈥檛 actually gotten to build with it yet, just checked it now, so I guess this is a better way to find out 馃槅馃槶
That would be why I can't use the ovens, then :( I had been scanning the comments of your Octave posts looking for anyone who also couldn't use them, I was so upset because I wanted a functional double oven so badly! Guess I needed an excuse to get DHD lol
Hi there. I own DHD and I cannot use your top oven. It just bugs out and then none of the ovens I try work and then I have to reboot the game. I figured it was just a glitch and not a huge deal to me, so I didn't mention it. I don't know if this helps.
Isn't quite what I was looking for 馃槀 But in your case I would suggest that your script mods are out of date maybe. The counter top oven is fully functional for owners of DHD
Hi! I had this same issue before I purchased DHD. I would click on both ovens and nothing would come up. Now that I have it they work just fine!
ahhh damn it! they must have tied the interactions to that GP. Thanks for letting me know. I need to do an update to my other ovens, so I'll add that low oven onto the list too. Unfortunately I don't think its possible to make the counter top BGC 馃槬
