Undersized precharge resistor… a very little used resistor… if only there was a properly sized free resistor somewhere that if used overload the pcr… What if the designer used the heater as precharge, that would solve problem with undersized resistor at the same time as interlocking the heater from overloading pcr during precharge with little if any extra parts
