(Yes, I did post this earlier, and yes, I deleted it. I forgot to update the Patreon names list at the end of the video, and took the last video down as soon as I realized it.)

Hey Robert, love the projects and am excited to see them completed. Since the recall of the batteries was issued, there might be another option for batteries. The "Electric Supercar" channel is using brand new modules in their project that they might be able to supply to you. He even stated to a commenter that he could help get them for new customers.

I thought souping up the Escape wad in service of the school bus project but the bus is gone and the Escape stumbles ahead. Gaol.
Can't wait to see how this progresses, but I totally understand your lack of motivation on this one. I would have parked the thing at the junk yard with a little bow on it long before now.
I've got a car with a sticky valve in my garage for the last 8 months becasue I lost motiviation to fix it. So I bought a Tesla Model 3 SR+. Best lazy ever.
You know, I watched someone make a power bank, with a bunch of vape batteries maybe you should just do that

man, i have ADHD and i totally get the "Stalled Project Syndrome." i'll be super passionate and gung-ho about whatever im working on, then suddenly some random, totally unexpected snag will totally derail everything for months or even years at a time. my worst offense (to date) is starting a bathroom renovation, getting hung up on vintage toilet flanges, then closing the door to the bathroom and pretending it didnt exist... FOR TWELVE YEARS. i finished the bathroom in a mad rush right before i sold the house and never got to enjoy it myself. you're welcome, new homeowners. smh.

Perhaps I'm paranoid when I comes to batteries, but if it were me all those hybrid batteries would already be in battery gaol and I would definitely go with the more (hopefully) long term reliable Tesla packs.
This is 100% missing the point, but I was so thrown off by the British spelling of jail. And yes, I agree. I don't know if I mentioned it in the video, but Tesla modules are significantly easier to mount too
No motivation? If what you're doing constitutes no motivation I can't imagine what people would think of me! I can barely watch a video without saying it's too difficult, I'll just go back to bed!
Fittingly enough when watching the previous upload the video got cut off the second the wheels began to spin towards the end.

Next time, I suggest you upload the replacement and update before you remove the old one. I was in the middle of watching when it got pulled.
