Patch from Solar 42 video
Hi all!
Here is the patch from this video about building the Solar 42 drone synth.
The Sickozell modules are now in the library :)
Thanks again!

Hi, I'm having a problem with this patch. The YouTube video shows cabling connecting the bottom row (the touchpad, LFOs & sequencer) to the rest but my download lacks them. I've only just joined your Patreon and I'm new to VCV Rack so apologies if this is a silly newbie question but why haven't I got all of the cables and how do I get them please? Thanks in advance.
Hi, no worries. The lower section is the modulation section, so you can actually route it to any parameter you would like to control. In the video, I just show an example of how it's connected.
Hi There, hope its okay to dredge up an old post like this, but could you share your strategy for tuning the drone sections to certain notes? I've used a tuner module to solo and tune each by hand, but I am wondering if there is a better strategy I could be using? I am a guitarist relatively new to VCV and Modular, and LOVE your videos. I'm learning so much and really enjoying jumping into this crazy new world!
Hi! I think that the best would be to go by ear. If you want to use your guitar with it, then tune once oscillator to the note you want, and then the other ones by ear. It will make things much more interesting and less "clean"

This is incredible. Amazing work!
I'm struggling with PolyMuter on Windows. It's definitely expanding correctly - the new SVG files show up, for example. But the actual modules don't show in my local VCV library. I tried logging out of VCV Rack, in case there was some conflict with the main library. I deleted the SickoCV folder, and re-installed. I also checked the installer log file but did not see a smoking gun. Any tips appreciated.
I also had this issue, but I had to stay subscribed to the modules in the library. Try reinstalling the default modules from the library, stay subscribed, and then install the beta. Let me know!
something seems to be wrong with the Mac version of the beta (2.6.9), I can get VCVRack to see and load the files as an update, if I DO NOT restart VCVRack it will let me see the polymuter modules have been added and it will let me open Omri's .vcv file and I can play the patch. But as soon as VCVRack is restarted then the polymuter modules have disappeared. The current version (2.6.8) works good :o)
When you load the files, do you also update the plugin from within VCV? If you do, it will overwrite the beta version and you will not have the modules anymore, so it's better, not to update. The red dot can be annoying, but it's worth it :)
How can i use PolyMuter on Mac? Thx
Hi! You have to download the file for Mac from here (under Assets) - https://github.com/sickozell/SickoCV/releases Then place it in the plugins folder of VCV. If you don't know where it is, you can open VCV, and under the Help menu you can find Open User Folder. It should be there. Just restart VCV, and it should work :) Let me know!
