Hey there! I did not have trouble with my payment, I am however having trouble with patreon. It seemed like it purged all my past chat messages, so I didn't recieve the May rewards... Is there a way to get the message again?
Hello! I assume that it is because of the profile merging for creators that causes trouble for us all. Can I have the email that you used to subscribe to me at that time, please? I will be able to check by the patron's email and see if the payment proceeds correctly, as well as send you the May 2026 reward again through said email. (*´꒳`*)

Hello! I see. Many reasons can cause the failed payment, such as an expired card, not enough money in the payment method, etc. I have included the link to instructions in the post's description above. But if after following the instructions for retrying payment and it still doesn't work. I would recommend that you buy it from Gumroad instead. (Link also included on post above) Also, please make sure to cancel your subscription here on my Patreon to prevent the system from charging you again for the same reward after buying it from Gumroad!

Hello! The profile merging thing I see! I went to check but I couldn't really find your current name "Hero" in the list of people who have been successfully charged for May 2026 reward. Can I have the email you used to subscribe before profile merging, please? I think we can probably check it further that way.
