Well, considering Krypton look similar to the Earth, it is not absurde to imagine kryptonians followed the same evolutionary process than humans. Sorry, it's the nerd speaking
yes it is, consider how many other primates in the fossil record look close enough to us to pass for an average human. you got our close relatives sure but thats a small sample out of all the primates. now maybe kryptonian would wind up bipedal and five fingered and such. but same height, bodymass distribution, skin colour, hair colour, and other superficial features? nah thats unlikely, at most clark should pass for an unusual human not an average looking one.

Meanwhile, the Martian Manhunter is green and oddly shaped by default but can easily disguise himself as a human.

Even as an adult, Pixie is still the same innocent little kitten at heart. Some may call her naive but to me, it's actually pretty wholesome.
