A little afraid to ask now, but I recently joined and I can’t help but wonder, is Working Girls an Eva AU?
Working Girls is basically an expansion of something I started way back in 2011. Just so happens that I’ve been a lifelong fan of Evangelion and this fanfic crossover is really just me playing around with that love. It’s my way of daydreaming about what Misato’s life might look like in a world without Evangelions, a world where Shinji’s wish for everyone to just live freely and find their own happiness in a new world without the Evas. I'd like to think this story is my way of tipping my hat to a series and characters that have stuck with me over the years, imagining them living beyond what we ever saw on Rebuilds, in a way that feels real and personal to me. Im just happy to have supporters who allow me to create these stories and finding out people are enjoying them fills me with happiness and confidence to pursue this even more.
