I suppose the explanation is very clear. Throw everything you have at a penetration point. Overwhelm that penetration point with everything you have. Inflict as much carnage on the attack. Not a lot of fire and maneuver, hit from different axis's etc, And not hitting storage, logistics areas, command and control.
It is for the tactical stage, yet the deep battle isn’t being ignored here. The main support shown here will is for the ground elements but there will also be elements reaching further out.
