pose pack contains in total 21 poses, three new accessories (in hat category) : 1) Medicine ball 2)   Sledgehammer  3) Big truck tire, two  new objects traced in decoration misc in build mode : 1) Pull up bar and a 2) Small tire. In the rar file you'll also find the boxing gloves (wrist acc) i have made for a past tag and a photo how to use the teleporter for the punching bag poses, for the rest objects just put the teleporters in the middle of the object used. Every pose has a description so its easy for you to use the acc correctly, aaaand as always i hope you like them :)
