Every creator includes a Terms of Use (TOU) for a reason it's there to protect the time, effort, and creative vision we put into our work.

When we say things like “Do not re-upload,” “Do not edit,” or “Do not claim as your own,” it’s not to be difficult it’s to make sure our work is used with respect and shared the way we intended.

Creating poses, CC, or any mod takes hours of planning, testing, and refining. The TOU exists to make sure others don’t take shortcuts by using someone else's work without credit, permission, or proper sourcing.

Respecting someone’s TOU means respecting the creator behind the work. It’s how we keep this community fair, safe, and inspiring for everyone involved.
